Effects of COVID-19 pandemic and Notice from our Postal Services provider.
We appreciate that many of you are concerned regarding this global pandemic and it is important to follow all advice being given by your health authorities to keep yourselves safe.
We are following the UK Governments guidelines on cleaning working spaces and handling materials etc and are working with the new COVID-19 restrictions 23rd March 2020. The volume of email enquiries MFP are receiving is still high, MFP will do our best to get back to you asap.
There will be some disruption to our normal service and painting deadlines during this period, however we will do our best to work through these constrates as best as we can to continue to deliver a top painting service for you. NB Some of our 3rd party services, Postal, Photography etc are experiencing issues due to the CV-18 outbreak. MFP will try to work around these issues, however there will be some disruption to our services.
We are also keeping up-to-date with updates from Royal Mail as our postal service provider. There are changes in all services worldwide and therefore all customers are to expect delays in deliveries, as these safeguarding workplace measures are implemented by postal authorities around the world.
Due to the CV-19 situation, postal charges to international destinations have increased dramatically.

For Signed For parcels, Royal Mail employees will not require a signature. They will ring the doorbell and deliver the parcel, or leave a card if not at home
Parcels are taking longer to deliver, by several days. Please check with your local post office in regard to delivery changes. There are longer border controls and customs checks so please keep this in mind. It would be recommended to choose International Tracked and Signed delivery during these difficult times, in order to be able to track the parcels in the system.
